A stones throw from North Laine yet oasis-like residential area to return to after enjoying the buzz of Brighton. Most everything is virtually on the doorstep. Train station and buses to the glorious Sussex Downs. Theatre Royal the Dome and The Royal Pavilion and famous Lanes and seaside is a 5 - 10 minute stroll as are many great bars and restaurants. Shelter Hall is Brighton’s latest foodie addition.
Vintage shopping and all cafes be it veggie or vegan are minutes away in the North Laine.

Unbelievable quiet oasis-like location - few minutes from the station - Lots of pubs, coffee places, bars, shops. Bike hire is a couple of minutes away. Buses serving Seven Sisters and Lewes several minutes away.
Great vintage shopping with vegan and vegetarian Hipster North Laine 3 minutes away. Street art location short walk - as everywhere worth seeing is.
The Lanes for more pubs, bars, boutique shopping seaside bound 7-10 minutes away.
Five minutes from the cultural centre such as the Pavilion, Dome, The level and Palace Pier.

Hi my name is Annette,
Originally from North London living the archetypal art student life during my time at Chelsea School of Art. On an educational trip to Brighton I fell in love with the City and decided to make it my home. I have raised two now grown up daughters who have flown the nest. Therefore the house shows signs of a life being lived.
I enjoy film theatre, eating out and my hobbies include singing in a choir.
However my main passion is dance including Ballet, Jazz and Salsa.
Have recently taken up tap dancing which is now proving quite challenging now I’m on to Suzie Q’s!
