This is a comfortable renovated apartment with exposed brick that has a true Tbilisi feeling. This studio has a transparent bathroom with modern bathtub, king size bed, sofa, 70 yo Phoenix Palm and etc. The space fits 2 & is centrally located on a historic quiet street. High speed WIFI Internet & IPTV (intl. Channels) is provided free of charge. The apartment is also well located for transport: Metro Marjanishvili & bus stations are 1 min walk and takes you anywhere in Tbilisi in a short time.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated with real wood floorings and new furniture. The apartment sleeps 2 adults on 1 king size bed. The Ensuite has a modern tub, shower, Sink & Wc.
