The space
Newly remodeled, the Rose Cottage provides an elegant and charming environment with comfy beds and modern amenities, such as fast Wi-Fi, QLED WiFi/cable tv with several channels, music system with speakers and individual sound control in every room and the back patio, endless hot water in the shower, heated toilet seat, etc. Guests can sit on the front porch and enjoy the festivals or relax by the propane fire table on the secluded patio in back. On street parking at the location or in the area. We provide just the basic amenities in the kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, ice maker, Keurig, wine chiller) as there are many great eating establishments within easy walking distance and our goal is to provide you with the most relaxing experience possible during your stay!

Other things to note
In the laundry room, we also provide a fold-out card table and 4 chairs, plus 2 folding lawn chairs for our guests to use, along with a couple of decks of playing cards and a few board games. The fire pit on the back patio is a propane-powered fire table, not wood burning. AirBnB does not have a way to list it other than as a fire pit. Our nightly rate includes cleaning, etc., so there are no additional fees from us when you book. If you have any special needs or requests, please don’t hesitate to to ask and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
