Its my studio and work station where I work and live as a Curator, Art consultant and artist hence the art collection which keeps changing.
You can book to work with peace of mind or if you are traveling only.
Safe and clean building with a chowkidar and a locked gate in DHA.
SOPs followed strictly.
Fast Wi-Fi, running water is 24/7 available and rarely any load shading.
There is NO elevator. EARLY check-in before 12 noon needs a one night booking.

The space
It's good for single girls specifically, and foreign travelers or traveling for work.
We respect each others' privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with basics (salt, pepper, coffee , sugar) you will need your own groceries only. We don't mind sharing, just make it up and refill next time.
Kitchen and living room is on sharing.
Maid comes thrice a week and occasionally when needed.
A chowkidar is available in the building to get you what you need with a small tip.
Smoking is allowed. Pets and events or parties are not allowed. You can have one visitor if staying for longer with no charge.
There are several laundry shops with cheap rates in the neighborhood.
My 10 years old chihuahua who is very well behaved and small stays with me and only follows me around the house. When I am not home, he stays inside my room which is obviously locked in my absence. He mostly sleeps during the day. Besides I can help you with directions only if you need or know about the city, location, etc.

Where you’ll be

Two minutes away from the beach, which can be viewed from living room as well. You can go for a morning walk or a jog there conveniently.
Although this place is surrounded by several stores , eateries , ATMs and local food places still Apartment is quiet and calm.
Free parking is available downstairs, as well as Uber is super cheap in Karachi.

I am a curator and runs an online art gallery hence all the art collections around. I travel to exhibit and curate for work and experience. Its my studio and home hence different but provides the comfort who ever stays here.
