The guest apartment was completely renovated in August 2019! This holiday accommodation is a duplex apartment, over 2 floors, 2 spacious balconies, so that you can have all day either sun, or shade. according to your wishes. It has approx. 80qm. A very nice, large community pool is available. Fantastic view to Puerto de la Cruz, the sea and mountains. 1A top central location. Complete infrastructure from the door. A few minutes walk to the beach.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the style of a modern cooking island with bar counter for cocktail evenings.
All electric appliances are NEW.

On the 1st floor is the salon with cooking island, sofa bed, TV, and large, terrace-like balcony, with views of the community pool, Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic or mountain landscape.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with king size bed, TV, the bathroom with shower/WC and the 2nd balcony with washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided. W-LAN is available.

The holiday accommodation is in a 1 A top central location.
You will find the complete infrastructure directly from the door. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach.

To the famous Loroparque it is approx. 10 min. The holiday accommodation is directly beside the old part of town, with all its charm. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
