With sleeping space for seven, a barbeque area, and sun-kissed deck space, Wait n’ Sea has everything you need to soak up the Texas Gulf Coast sunshine and recharge by the shore.
The space
NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Your peace of mind is our priority.

WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live cable television channels. Guests can also log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts to stream movies and shows.
Beach Access: Surfside beach is a one-minute walk away.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside!
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Laid-back and low-key, Wait n’ Sea is painted a bright and friendly turquoise. Inside, the open kitchen and living space is perfect for small groups to relax and reconnect with ease. A comfy neutral sofa sits against a white shiplap wall and faces the flatscreen television. A classic rattan armchair and beach-inspired decor remind you that you’re on a dreamy beach vacay. Catch a catnap here in the afternoons or host a fun game night with your crew.
The charming kitchen has open shelving set against a white subway tile backsplash. A small peninsula island with bar seating is ideal for serving up some game night snacks or the morning coffee and muffins. And you won’t miss a bit of the action while you’re in the kitchen— it blends seamlessly into the open living area. Outside, a large picnic table is a perfect spot to host an alfresco family dinner at sunset.
Two Restful Bedrooms:
Two private bedrooms lay just off the living space. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, an armchair, and a flatscreen television tucked into a nook. A door leads out to the sunny deck with ocean views. The second bedroom is the bunkhouse— complete with a twin-over-twin size bunk bed and a twin-over-full-size futon. This bedroom also has a door leading out to the deck. A spacious full-size bathroom is nearby with a step-in shower.
