The space
Casa de los Sueños is a beautiful new home located on 5,200 square meters of privacy (1 1/4 acre) in the Mar Vista gated community near Playa Flamingo. Experience luxury and comfort as you enter the large kitchen, living and dining area while you take in the sweeping views through a full wall of sliding doors. Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, enjoy the ocean and tropical forest views and watch the sunset from the expansive covered and uncovered patios framing the private infinity pool. This fully furnished vacation home is a 50 minute drive from the Liberia airport and a very short drive to several local beaches.

Casa de los Sueños is a single level home with a split floor plan making it perfect for couples, families and friends. The master bedroom features its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, King bed, sliding door to an ocean view patio, a Smart TV and A/C. The second bedroom features a King bed that can be converted to 2 Twin beds, a built-in closet, a sliding door to its own ocean view patio, a Smart TV and A/C. The third bedroom offers Twin bunk beds and built-in closets and A/C. A bathroom accessible from each of the two bedrooms has a shower and double sinks. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a large quartz island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and quartz countertops. The main living area has a dining table for 6, comfortable seating area, 50" Smart TV, A/C and full wall of sliding doors to the large covered patio. The outdoor patios offer a large, comfy seating group, a dining table for 6, sun loungers, large gas grill and a private, beautiful infinity edge pool over looking the tropical jungle and the ocean.

A few of the other amenities this beautiful home includes is reliable high speed internet, Smart TVs streaming Netflix, cable TV with HBO, ceiling fans in every room, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, an outside shower, tankless hot water, security safe and private parking.

Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.

Maid service provided one time EVERY 7 nights rental. Additional maid service it has a cost of $47.


This home is located within the development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach and has 24/7 security, offers a large community pool, swim up bar and an exceptional restaurant (Gracia) with fabulous ocean views day and night. There is a yoga deck, hiking and biking trails, and tennis courts on the property. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with snacks as well as coffee, coffee filters(if needed), sugar, cooking oil, shampoo/soaps, are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home-services and more!.
