Imagine staying on a REAL floating Houseboat on the Fraser River right close to everything and 5 mins from the airport! Sleeps up to 8 but 4 to 6 comfortably. Very close to the Skytrain, YVR, hotels, Richmond and the Night Market. Patios offer breathtaking views. Fully covered -protected from the weather. Free parking, WiFi, Smart TV, BBQ and many other amenities. It is very private, secure, comfortable, clean, and retro. Lots of shopping, hotels, and restaurants within walking distance.

The space
The houseboat does NOT move. There is a large living room with two large sofas beds and a 55" TV with Apple TV and stream app, a small fully equipped kitchen, two fridges, drinking water dispenser, and a BBQ. The main bedroom is a DOUBLE sized memory foam bed and has a roller blind for privacy. The upper loft bedroom is also a very comfortable memory foam matteress but it is not suitable for persons that can not climb up (and down) a ladder, or very small children. There is about 3 feet of headroom and also a sliding "hatch" for privacy.
The back patio is accessed through the back sliding door, and there is a small table and chairs here. There are stairs going up to the upper deck, equipped with a fire-table, built-in benches and chairs.
