This open plan designer villa offers complete privacy whilst still being conveniently close to everything you could ever need. Located in trendy Seminyak, we are only a 5 min drive to the beach and a 1 min walk to the best shopping, restaurants, bars and spas in Bali.

The space
Our luxury tropical villa is a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living in the heart of Seminyak. Situated down a quiet laneway our villa is only a 1 minute walk to two famous streets: Jl. Kaya Ayu and Jl. Raya Seminyak which are home to Bali's best shops, spas, restaurants, bars and beach clubs.

The villa consists of 2 x large air-conditioned bedrooms each with smart TV's and en-suite open air bathrooms. The large open plan living and dining area is able to host big groups and overlooks the private pool and tropical garden. The pool is equipped with coloured LED lights, beanbags, sun loungers and you will enjoy many hours of sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Our villa is only a 1 minute walk from this street and a short 15 min walk (5 min drive) to Seminyak beach and KuDeTa Beach Club. There is no need to be stuck in traffic on your holiday with all of Bali's best and most desirable restaurants, cafes, spa's, bars, boutiques and shopping only meters away from our villa.

During your stay

Our villa staff will take care of you during your stay. Normally our maid will come each morning to clean the villa and every few days the gardener will clean the pool and garden. If you prefer our staff to come at other times, please let us know your preference. The staff are always happy to help with any of your needs as well as sharing their expertise of the island. I will always be available online throughout your stay to help with any questions or concerns. We like to give our guests as much space and privacy as possible with little interference.
