The space
This large 3 bedroom Log House has been specifically appointed for your comfort - comfortable U Shape Couch, 3 Comfortable Super King Beds, 1 King Bed, 2 Bath Tubs, and fully equipped kitchen. The yard is fully fenced which is great for families and for privacy as there is now a home on one of the sections next to us. There is underfloor heating throughout so it is a warm home to visit in the winter months. It is an ideal escape to the mountains located in the township of Glenorchy - Gateway to Paradise & Mt. Aspiring National Park. We are walking distance to the lake, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops. There are only a few of each as Glenorchy is a small town.

The Log House is in a neighbourhood in Glenorchy. Glenorchy is a small town located about 40 minutes drive from Queenstown - one of the most scenic drives in the world! Glenorchy lies in the heart of the mountains on Lake Wakatipu, surrounded by beech forest and high mountain peaks. From the Log House you can enjoy stunning Mountain Views. Being in town means you can walk to the shops, cafes, and pubs (although there are only a few of each!) and the lake. We love that the house is in a neighbourhood close to everything, but the fully fenced yard and established plantings offer privacy in the back yard so you feel away from it all.
