Fully furnished Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas oven range with 5 burners, coffee machine, toaster and large fridge. Sink with garbage disposal.

Bathroom with separate tub and shower. In-unit washer and dryer !

Master Bedroom with KING Bed, 2nd Bedroom with QUEEN Both Bedrooms have 2 separate closets each.

Quiet street right next to Horace Mann School. Lots of cafes and restaurants on Robertson Blvd. S. Arnaz Drive is a quiet street off of Robertson and Wilshire Blvd with very few cars passing.
It's a very kids friendly place and the street is also protected by supervisors in the afternoon that let children coming back from school cross the streets safely.
My place is 7 minutes drive to Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) or the Peterson Automotive Museum, 10 minutes drive (2 miles) to the Grove, full of shops and restaurants.

A new Greendoor by Intelligentcia cafe shop opened up right on the corner of our street recently.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
