Ipanema is a beautiful neighborhood in the South Zone of Rio. Famous for bohemia, where still resides the "Girl from Ipanema." The neighborhood is a real charm! In a few meters from the apartment you will find bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets 24/7, snack bars, cultural centers and much more! Just across the street there is General Osório square, where on sundays there is a hippie fair with handicrafts, local food and a lot of art, on tuesdays there is a food fair and on thursdays organic fair.

The nightlife is intense in the area, with many good gay-friendly bars and nightclubs. Alot of options for fun and nightly entertainment. Even so inside the apartment is very quiet, at night it is possible to hear the ocean waves and sleep cradled by the noise of them breaking in the sand of the beach. The beach is beautiful and certainly the best area of the South Zone of Rio, with one of the famous boardwalks of the city beaches and the famous "Dois Irmãos" mountains view!
