Very nice modern and sunny apartment with nice views to the gardens in a very calm complex, 10 min walking distance to the dunes of Maspalomas, 15 min to the beach. Just a few steps to all amenities, restaurants, supermarket Spar. 10 min walking distance to the Yumbo Center (Gay nightlife).
