Our spacious and cosy homestay at Sekinchan One Residence is the ideal place to leisure and relax while exploring the amazing area of Sekinchan. Sekinchan One Residence located in the centre of Sekinchan is a condominium with the panoramic view of the coastal town that is well-known for seafood and paddy fields, most of the attraction and restaurant are within 1KM distance.

Shilouqihao （拾楼柒号） is perfect for family and friends.
- Our comfortable homestay has a spacious and bright living room, is air-conditioned and fully furnished, guests can enjoy entertainment with Smart TV and TV-Box. The window side platform provides a Zen space and 180 panoramic that can watch the sunrise with a paddy fields view.
- The cosy bedroom and quality bedding provide a sweet dream sleep environment. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and ensuite with bathroom. Both Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedside table. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, clean bed linens, comfy pillow, blanket and additional floor mattress will be provided.
- The dining room and open concept kitchen area are equipped with simple cookware, basic kitchen utensils and a mini-bar fridge. Light cooking is allowed, the dining table sits up to 8 to 10 pax, you can enjoy the meal with the loved one while building bonding.
- Two bathrooms equipped with shower, water heater, mirror and complimentary body wash and shampoo. Soft greens of the potted plants lend a touch of nature to space.
- Washing machine and Internet WIFI access provide additional easement.
