Get ready to sink your feet into some sand. This one bedroom oceanfront resort is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a weekend of adventure. Virginia Beach has it all - sandy beach, adventure, culture, dining and history.

The space
This unit comfortably accommodates four people with one bedroom, one bathroom a mini-kitchen, dining and living area. Barclay Towers is an 8 story oceanfront property that exits directly onto the boardwalk. You are within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the completely renovated, heated indoor pool and updated exercise equipment. Please note that due to COVID, our indoor hot tub overlooking the ocean and beach is closed until further notice.

Enjoy a view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and dining area. The living area comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa. Appreciate the fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Dine out, or prepare meals in the mini-kitchen which is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, glassware, dishes, and flatware. The dining area seats 4 people. Sleep comfortably in a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed and ample storage including a dresser, double closet and security safe-box.

Housekeeping enters the unit on Tuesday and Thursday to exchange towels and empty trash. There are two TV's and a VCR in each unit. Free high speed wireless internet service is included.

We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet.

There is one parking space for each unit at Barclay Towers. Should you bring a second car, you must purchase parking through the City Garage directly across the street from Barclay Towers.

We require a $100 refundable deposit due at check-in by credit card or cash for stays of 14 days or less. If your reservation is over 14 days, we require a $500 deposit collected in advance.

Check in time is 4pm and Checkout time is 10am to allow for cleaning between guests. We hope you choose to stay with us at Barclay Towers! Please note that this is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is larger with a full size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have. Minimum booking age is 21.

We charge a $50 cancel fee if we have to refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.

STRICT Check-in Time is set for 4:00pm. No early arrivals are allowed, thank you for understanding!
