Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island.

Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.

The space
There is a spacious living room with 2 living areas, dining area, open plan kitchen area with a beautiful island and high chairs for easy drinking and snacking. There are two living room areas with book self and DVDs. Certain area such as one closet and utility rooms are restricted to open.

This is a two level, two-unit, family home. The lower level, which is designated as the guest apartment has private entrance from the back of the house through the sun room. The rooms have several windows that can make the facility bright and full of fresh air.

Upper level of the house is occupied by host which makes it easy for guests to communicate when they need. Two level of the house is completely separate.

Plenty of parking spaces and back yard with beautiful gazebo and firepit.

Gorgeous scenic view for evening sun set pictures on the top of South Hill in Ithaca.....
