This is your a very large room at Niketan, Gulshan -1. You will get a large Lake View Master Bed Room With working table, AC, Easy chair, Table, TV, Attached Bathroom, hot water( only for winter) & a Garden Balcony with chairs and tea table. Separate kitchen & Dining from host with all amenities for 2 Guest rooms. UBER, Rickshaw, CNG all are available . You will get a entry door & your room keys, so you can move easily.

The space
@ you can drink water from water filter.

@ The space is on the 3rd floor and you will have to climb stairs.
There is no lift but the stairs are wide and comfortable.

@ The apartment is almost mosquito free because the whole Apartment is covered with net

@ during summer you will get a thin sheet for wear and comforter during winter.

@ At the Moment we are not using floor mat because of pandemic.

@ we have washing machine so you can wash all type of clothes with pay 00.50(half) dollar/per clothes or 10 dollar for 14 days and 20 dollar for monthly.

@ you will get a Clean room and bathrooms during your check in. After 5 days we will clean Rooms & Bathrooms for weekly bookings

@ please wash your used utensils ofter use, there is another room for guests so you have to share kitchen and utensils.

@ For monthly booking we will give soap. Room cleaning and bed cleaning service after 7 days.

@ Towels, pillows cover and bed sheet will be Change after 5 days for weekly booking.

For shopping : AARONG Handicraft, Police Plaza, Deshi Dosh, Casual Mart, Artison and lots of daily shopping places are all walking distance from the house.
