Located in the heart of Addis Ababa, Kazanchis is one of the older neighbourhoods in the city. Within walking distance are plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets, fresh vegetable and liquor shops, a gas station, minibus stop (public transport) and hotels like the Hilton and the Raddison Blu. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance - both international as well as local cuisine. Most other restaurants are in Bole, which takes about 5-10 minutes by taxi depending on traffic.

Permanently residing in Addis Ababa with occiasional travel. Either of the hosts is usually around and well available through whatsapp or phone. Guards are present 24/7 at the house and can always help with things as well.
