Located in Oakridge Resort Faqra, this newly built 90 sqm private gated chalet includes a private 40 sqm garden and 24/7 security. This superb property has picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and it is conveniently located near many ski amenities. Faqra club is located just 30 seconds by car while ski resorts are just five minutes away by car.

The space
The chalet comprises of one master bedroom and a good sized guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a TV and a king size bed. The guest bedroom contains two single beds and big wardrobes. Fresh bedding, towels, and a hairdryer are also available. The kitchen has an open plan design and is fully equipped. The living room is modern and contains a fireplace, a sofa bed and a dining room table. The property is equipped with all mod cons such as smart tv, espresso machine and a PS4. Netflix is available on the smart TV.
