The house is located in a peaceful residential street, 3-4 minutes' drive to the neareast supermarket. From there you can easily access the town where an array of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are all nearby.

From the house it’s about a 15 minutes’ drive to Kaiteriteri beach, and then 23 minutes’ drive to the Abel Tasman National Park – a great place for hikes or outdoor activities such as kayaking or paddle boarding. There are also some nice restaurants in Mapua which is a 20 minuets’ drive from the house, and from Nelson airport it's around 35 - 40 minuets' drive.
