NEW, modern luxury home, beachfront pool, just steps from the beach. Housekeeper and your own private Chef included! Located in one of the most beautiful beaches in South America (Paracas). An oasis in the middle of the desert, surrounded by a national park and years of Inca history. Just 1 hour away from the Nazca lines!
We have 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and closet, a TV room, state of the art kitchen, laundry , and a bedroom for service personnel, a true gem!

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and closet. There is a 4th bedroom w/ bathroom adjacent to the laundry area, which is destined to the housekeeping staff. There is also an open TV room in the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with top notch appliances, and there is a separate equipped laundry area.
The living/dining area has floor to ceiling, sound blocking glass doors that open up to a private terrace with a swimming pool just meters away from the sea.

The house is located in a private condominium area in the Paracas bay, which comes with wonderful green areas, and private parking allocations for guests. You will be only steps away from the beach. We have a private beach just for the members of the condominium.
