Very nice 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with full kitchen and dining room townhome on a private quiet tree-lined street. This house is situated in a park-like setting surrounded by cool places to shop and eat.
The fun is so close! The home is located just a short drive to Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Cape May, and Wildwood boardwalk. A short bike ride to the bay (5 mins) is perfect for crabbing and fishing.
This home is 20 mins to Ocean City, NJ (Voted best family resort in NJ). 

The space
the house was built 15 years ago and has been lightly used over the years, and we'll cared for. The house features an ample rear deck, full appliance package, laundry, central air condition, and minimum 2 car parking.

The beaches of Wildwood and Stone Harbor are under 10 mins away. We have beach towels awaiting you
should you need them!
 If you can't have fun here, then you are not trying! Rainy days are no problem with Major stores like TJ Max, Marshall's, Hoy's all close by.  Family fun is always available at the Cape May County Zoo!
Free, fun, and educational. For more adult fun, there are two great brewery pubs just 5 mins in either direction of the house. You will have a great time at either The Bucket Brigade or Seven Mile brewery.
 Maybe try both!

Anything in the Shore area is easily accessible as highway access are all SO close, the house is located just off route 9. Route 9 is considered the heart of the South Jersey Shore!
 It gives access to All shore points from Atlantic City to Cape May Beach front.

Maybe you want something more close to home? The Ice Cream Station is a short walk from the house. They have great sundaes and milkshakes.
Whatever your pleasure, you will find if in or near this cute very clean modern home.

Cute sleepy street with a great restaurant on the corner. SO close to the bay, (Great crabbing or fishing) shopping, dining, beaches, or massage/nail spa, SO close. maybe just lay in the hammock, it's a quiet spot to chill.
