las escadas studio. Located just 2km on the main road out from San Juan Del Sur. This is a great location to escape the business of town yet still be within a convenient distance to its amenities. The studio apartment is located on the first floor of the building. There is a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Including stove/oven microwave large fridge blender and coffee maker. The living and dining area open up to the bed area with bedside lighting.

There is an abundance of closet space next to a large tv. Outside the door is a small patio area with surrounded with gardens. Large saltwater pool with plenty of deck space and seating options. BBQ grill with seating and laundry room near pool. Saltwater bar next door.
