This home is in a beautiful setting in a large yard at Birch Bay, on the NW side of amazing Gull Lake Alberta. This is a cozy, nicely kept mobile/manufactured home with a nice living room addition. It has 2 bdrms (1 w/ Queen bed, 1 w/ bunk bed double on bottom). The living room also has 2 sofa beds for use. Enjoy the deck with BBQ and picnic table. The peaceful backyard also has a fire pit. We are next to the walking path to beach, boat launch & playground. Close drive to many golf courses.
