You'll be AWED by the sunsets. Walk/snowshoe/x-country ski down our path to the beach and it will open up to miles of groomed beach. Dogs welcome; 2 bdrm; 2 bath; fireplace; front and back deck; landscaped yard; satellite package (27" flat-screen tv) wifi with limited streaming capacity; double attached garage. The house is on a clean lake that has a very gradual shore line. Bird Santuary walking distance. As with all houses on Gull Lake the house is back from the beach but direct access. The boat launch is 5 mins away and motor boats are allowed on this lake. There are 8 golf courses within a 30 min drive, including Gull Lake, Spirit Creek and Lacombe Golf and Country Club. Pickle ball court and tennis courts are in the Village. Bentley is a 10 minute drive with grocery store, liquor store, local pub, bank and a Subway. Farmers' Market every Saturday from 1-4 pm. , Summer only.

Retired and love living full-time at the lake where I spent my entire life during the summers - in a very rustic cozy cabin.
