Welcome to my Lake Cottage! SunnieSands is on Lake Champlain on inner Mallett's Bay. The cottage is rustically charming, clean and fully equipped with everything you will need for your beach getaway. There is a private sandy beach as well as great fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. Off street parking for 2 cars.

SunnieSands is my happy place. This cottage has been in my family for 40+ years and I feel lucky to have recently been able to buy it and to share it with a select few when I cannot live there. SunnieSands was built in 1900 and is quirky, uneven, squeaky, rustic, yet perfectly "camp" in every way. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing lakeside vacation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
