At the heart of the property of the artist Nikolaou, the studio Fistiki is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and is completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects. It is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. The studio has its private entrance and can accommodate 2 people. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a small kitchen opening onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the pistachio trees and the sea.

Nikolaou was a figure within the artist world of the early twentieth century and a friend of the painter Moralis of which we find a monumental sculpture facing the entrance of the property.
