The location is unbeatable because it has easy access to the main areas of interest in the city, and is one block from Providencia Avenue and the Pedro de Valdivia metro station.
You have the center of the city 20 minutes away by subway, the Bellavista neithborhood 15 minutes away, and the Costanera Center mall 10 minutes away.
The area is quiet and very nice to walk. It is located 1 block from the park that borders the Mapocho River, and a few blocks from the access to the metropolitan park on San Cristobal Hill.
The area has many restaurants and cafes, and all kinds of commerce within a couple of blocks (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).
