A beautiful 160 sq.m. hilltop villa with stunning views over the Messinian bay and a “infinity-style” swimming pool overlooking the bay. It comprises two big terraces with amazing views, perfect for meals al fresco, as well as and a big multi-level garden.

Note that the pool is only available from May 1st to October 15th.

The space
The villa is located in Kato Verga, on the hill of the Taygetos mountain, offering exceptional views to the Messinian Bay.

It consists of three bedrooms with a double beds, three modern bathrooms with multi-function shower cabins, a spacious living room, two kitchens and three sofas.

The house is structured in two parts, one upstairs part that hosts 4 people in two bedrooms and a downstairs part that can host 4 people in one bedroom and a living room with a convertible sofar. Each part is independently accessible via the garden and has its own kitchen and bathrooms. It is perfect for two families holidaying together while having independent access to basic amenities.

Outside, the villa also comprises three large terraces, and a big garden with a private swimming pool, all offering amazing views to the bay.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary amenities for preparing meals (stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, blender, toaster, frappe coffee/milkshake maker, grilling equipment, pots/pans, dishes etc) and barbecues are available. It is therefore also well suited for longer stays.

The location is ideal for tranquility moments enjoying the sea and mountain view. It is also right next to a traditional Greek taverna, which is highly recommended. Bakeries, small food markets etc are a 5 minute drive away. A couple of really nice bars (arossa and kastraki) are a 2 minute drive away. There are hiking paths starting from the village to go further up mountain Taygetos.
