Beautiful detached house, with plot of 1200 mtrs in the heart of the Murcia orchard, very close to Murcia city, with swimming pool and barbecue area.
Great for a holiday, especially in summer,with family or friends.
The house has four bedrooms, the main one with en-suite bathroom and dressing area ,a large bathroom for the rest .

The space
The house is on one floor avoiding the awkward stairs.
All rooms are very spacious,fresh and very bright, rooms with large built-in closets,windows with blinds and mosquito nets,air conditioning throughout the house and also ceiling fan in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the large high-end appliances and utensils of all kinds, everything a kitchen should have.
But the main charm of the house is in its outdoor areas, leaving the kitchen two large porches with a view to the pool,one of them covered with two areas one for eating and the other with a sofa and table set.
-From this area we go down to the beautiful salt-colored swimming pool, shaped like ele, with beautiful palm trees in the center and bubble bank inside, all surrounded by grass, with two areas, one with shade composed of pergola and set of table and armchairs, where you can enjoy snacks and pleasant evenings, between bathroom and bathroom and the other area with sun loungers and umbrella to relax in the sun.

40 minutes from the northwest of the region, with towns as suggestive as Caravaca de la Cruz.
