Welcome to Stillwater House and our cozy cove, we are located in the gated community of April Sound on Lake Conroe!
Are you looking for a relaxing couples getaway or a house to escape the cold winter months? Enjoy the peace and quiet of Texas lake life.
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has it all! With unbelievable views from the outdoor patio & dock. You will be able to enjoy lake life like no other with our private salt water swimming pool & hot tub.

The space
The house has its own private yard, pool, and dock.

The house has two bedrooms, both are located on the bottom floor. The main bedroom opens to the pool/backyard and has a queen bed and a connected bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin up top. The second bedroom also has its own connected full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor is open concept for the living room & kitchen with amazing views out to the lake! Off the second floor is a huge deck that has outdoor seating and a propane grill.

We have a fully stocked kitchen and a propane grill to use during your stay.

There are two dedicated parking spots under a carport. There is extra parking that is first come first serve and not guaranteed. We limit reservations to only bringing 3 cars.

This is a quiet neighborhood with full time residents, please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours (10pm - 8am), security will be called on noise complaints.
