Although the apartment is only 28m2, it can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons in a sofa bed.
The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine and all kitchen utensils necessary to prepare a meal. Please notice that there is no dishwasher.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, iron board and a drying rack.

The TV has over 30 channels (English, Russian and Estonian). Free wireless internet is available for guests to use. The apartment also comes with free parking for 1 vehicle on the street.

This apartment is located in a very beautiful and friendly neighbourhood in Kalamaja. Kalamaja is known for it's "hipster vibe" in Tallinn. People there are friendly and easy to communicate. It possible to get pretty much everywhere on foot from this apartment. Our modern and popular Balti Jaama Market is only 900 meters from the apartment. Old Town Square is 1,5 km from the apartment. Big shopping centres like Viru Keskus or Solaris are both around 2 km from the apartment. For fashion and food/drink lovers there is Rotermann Quarter not far from the apartment as well, only 1,7 km away. Most importantly, Telliskivi Creative City, which is very popular among local residents is located around 1 km from the apartment. Basically the apartment is surrounded by popular cafes, restaurants and bars, but still remains a quiet place.
