This is a unique opportunity to live life big in this Tiny House (165 sq. ft.) with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. It has a great hot tub on the on the deck with a sweeping view of the lake. Sleep on a comfy bed with luxury linens, full kitchen, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, toaster & blender. 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, rowboat and dock are available. Because of the close proximity to the water and hot tub, the Tiny House is not suitable for children.

The space
Located nearby off I-5 at Exit 202 is the Seattle Premium Outlets, Tulalip Casino, Kayak Disc Golf Resort . Smokey Point at Exit 206 has all the big box stores including Costco, Safeway,, Best Buy, Target and many chain restaurants including Bone Fish, Red Robin, Boston's, Hop Jacks and many fast food places. If you're looking for good pub food and maybe some Saturday night entertainment, the Paddle Pub (a neighborhood favorite) is located on the North end of the lake. The Hidden Vine is a wine bar with great wine and small bites at Smokey Point. If you need groceries, snacks or gas, the Lake Goodwin grocery store is the closest store and is across the street from the Paddle Pub. This is the only lake in the area that allows gas powered watercraft so there is a lot of activity on the lake during the summer.

There are some nice walks to Wenberg Park and Lake Goodwin Community Park. This is a safe neighborhood of beautiful waterfront homes that are well maintained. Even though its safe, please lock your car. In the Spring and Summer don't be surprised if you hear ducks quacking, fishing boat motors zooming around the lake, and the avid water skier running the course.
