Our home is located on the bluff overlooking Presque Isle state park and it's beautiful bay. The views from the front porch, living room and bedrooms are some of the best Erie has to offer. The home is centrally located and is a five minute walk to downtown and the waterfront. The bay view nature trail is right across the street and great for walking, exercise and wonderful scenery. Additionally; Bay View Park is right around the corner with a splash pad, playground and many other amenities.

The space
The completely remodeled home is very well maintained and has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, wifi, cable tv and a Bose wireless speaker. We will also supply coffee, creamer and tea for your convenience. The home is fully furnished and has everything needed for a short or extended stay.

The neighborhood is centrally located and has an urban ethnic mix. The waterfront, ferry rides, Convention Center, Erie Insurance Arena, jet ski rentals, downtown, Erie Insurance Arena, Warner Theater, Seawolves Baseball stadium and many bars and restaurant's are a 5 to 10 minute walk. Additionally; Waldameer Amusement park, Presque Isle State Park, the Millcreek Mall, Lecom and many other venues are a short 20 minute car ride away.
