If you are searching for a weekend in wonderland, the coastal town of Fairhope, Alabama, might just be the place you are looking for. Fairhope is not only lovely visually, but heaven at its core.

Visitors to Fairhope are blessed with exceptional shopping, dining, nature preserves, and there’s also plenty of beautiful beaches to enjoy. The city is more of a boutique seaside resorts.

Fairhope is famous for its “jubilee”, a natural phenomenon which occurs on the shores, when flounder, crabs and shrimp swarm in high density along the shallow bay. This celebrated regular event provides fisherman with easy to catch seafood and attracts tourists from miles around.

Fairhope also offers some unique annual events.that include Polo at the Point, Grand Summer Ball held at the Grand Hotel, Mardi Gras parades starting the end of January through February. Plus the famous Fairhope "Arts and Crafts Festival" in the Spring on the third weekend in March and the 'First Friday Art Walk' which is held the first Friday of each month.
