Gulfview house south of 30-A with beautiful dunes directly in front of house. Listen to the waves and look at the Gulf from the house. Easy beach access to the white 'squeaky' sands and emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Dead-end road in residential area gives you a quiet beach retreat with star-filled nights. Wrap around porches and screened porch provide a great setting for this roomy house. Home construction across the street. Beach access still available at both ends of street.

The space
Screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or listen to the surf in the evening. BBQ grill and patio at rear house with picnic table and fire pit with Adirondack chairs to roast hotdogs and make s’mores in the star filled night sky.

Coffee shop, shopping and dining spots are located just in Inlet Beach within a fifteen minute walk. Rosemary Beach is just less than a 1/2 mile to the west with numerous activities such as a Flea market, numerous restaurants including the Pearl Hotel for evening meal and drinks.
