The house was built in 2011 and the "villa Fourni" was renovated in 2019.It is located on the south side of the island, only 50 meters from the sea.It is a private oasis on the most green side , ideal for getaway on a Greek island .

The space
This home is unique because of its location.
Built in an elegant Greek traditional style,it stays cool inside in the summer and warm in the winter.
The main house features a master bedroom with a double queen bed.An extra folding bed can be available.
There is also a single bed and a 2- sitted couch in the living room.Two extra folding beds can be added if needed.
The Kitchen is fully equipped.
The yard has a beautiful view and is ideal for relaxing.
You are located on the north side of Fourni, only 10 minutes from the town(7 km from the port). There are no markets or restaurants in the village.
Just behind the house there is a small church and a path that leads to another beautiful beach named Kasidi. Just down from the house(50 m) there is a small beach with small pebbles out and sand inside.You can also go for swimming to a bigger beach ,through a path of 200 m (sandy beach)
The large outdoor spaces are also very special.
The total area of the home and outdoor spaces is 450 sq.meters.
Please note:the house has air conditioning system(cold-heat).
There is also a barbecue and a wood oven if you want to cook in it.

There are small houses in the place of Aghios Ioannis, only used for some weekends during summer time from the local fisherman.

We love to welcome our guests and will get you settled in the house.We also live just over you some days,so if you have any questions we are available or by phone when we are not there.
It is a small island anyway.
We are also there for many days during the whole year.
Whatever you need you will have our phone numbers to ask us.
