Come stay at our lovely condo in the heart of Boston's most desirable neighborhood, Beacon Hill! Our newly renovated 1 bedroom | 1 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps three adults and comes with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Whether you want to walk the Freedom Trail, visit a relative at Mass General, or shop on Newbury St, you will find it all within walking distance. You could not be more centrally located to take in all the city has to offer.

The space
- Condo is on the second floor of a walk-up brownstone in Boston's historic Beacon Hill, which is one of the oldest and most picturesque neighborhoods in the United States.

- The condo boasts a full kitchen, living room (with a full-size pull out sofa bed), one queen bedroom, and one bathroom with a shower.

- There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

- The living room is equipped with a 50" HDTV with cable and Apple TV for streaming.

- The kitchen is of moderate size, and allows for a lot of cooking. It contains a breakfast bar (seats 2), electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, full-size dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, French press, and electric tea kettle. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, cooking utensils, and dinnerware.

- It honestly can’t be beat in Boston. The condo is located just steps from the Boston Public Garden, Boston Common, the Charles River Esplanade, the "Cheers" bar (from the TV sitcom), and one of Boston’s most popular streets, Charles Street. It is also only a short walk from the Freedom Trail, Mass General Hospital, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the North End, Newbury Street, Copley Square, Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, or a short "T" ride (subway) from MIT, Cambridge, and Harvard Square.
- River Street is a quiet, friendly street lined with cobblestone sidewalks, gas lanterns, and brownstones providing a quintessential “old” Boston feel. The street runs parallel to Charles St, which has numerous wonderful restaurants, clothing boutiques, antique shops, bars, and cafes. The closest cross street is Chestnut Street.

- This historic brownstone is 140+ years old & includes four renovated condos. My husband and I live in one of the condos, so we are close by if you need us.
- If you are looking for multiple places to rent in the same building, the 2 BR | 1 BA condo below this unit is also available for rent through Airbnb. Please message me and I can send you the link.

- Public Transit is very close and convenient – Red line (Charles/MGH is 6min walk, Park St 10min), Green line (Arlington 9min, Boylston 9min, Park St 10min).
- We are only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport (around $25) or about a 35 minute ride by public transportation ($2.75/person).

- There's limited street parking in the city, but there's so much to discover within walking distance that a car is unnecessary. However, if you have a car there is metered parking in Beacon Hill on Charles St and Cambridge St, which run from 8AM-8PM and are free overnight, all-day Sunday, and on holidays.
- There are also parking garages available. The closest parking garage is the Boston Common Garage, which is a 3 minute walk away and $32/day. The rates are lower for less than 24 hours.
