Spacious, luxurious 70 m² apartment, situated in the city center of Skopje, couple steps away from everything. It is located on the seven floor with/new elevator yes. Walking distance to the Main Square 1 min, best cafes and restaurants in the city center and all the nightclubs in the city. Building in front look at Centar Bar and Ministry of Justice. It's capacity makes it perfect for families, groups, as well as couples and business travelers. very near to hotel Marriott and hotel Solun

Walking distance to the Main Square at 1min on the left is the main square, the Stone Bridge, Porta Macedonia, the City Trade Center, hotel Marriott, hotel Solun.
A huge number of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs in the city are located right next to the apartment.
On the right side of the apartment for one minute walking is the Statue of Mother Teresa - Skopje is internationally famous for being the birthplace of Mother Teresa (born as Gondza Bojadziu in 1910 in Skopje; a symbol of inspiration and spirituality - honored in the Roman Catholic Church as Saint Teresa of Calcutta and the Nobel Peace Prize winner and the famous matriarch of Skopje, the statue is located on the same street where Mother Teresa was baptized).
In the continuation of the same side about 3 minutes walk is the Old train- station (then one of the most beautiful railway stations in the Balkans, the clock on the front is at 5:17 am, the moment when Skopje struck a catastrophic earthquake that occurred on July 26, 1963, which killed over 1,070 people, injured between 3,000 and 4,000 and left more than 200,000 people homeless; about 80 percent of the city was destroyed - now in the building is the Museum of the City of Skopje.
Directly to the old train station is Ramstore shopping center.
On the other side of the Stone Bridge are the Macedonian National Theater, the Archaeological Museum, the Holocaust Memorial, and a number of State institutions.
In the continuation of about 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment is the entrance to the Old bazaar (one of the biggest landmarks of the city with a legacy of many cultures and civilizations in most of the Ottoman architecture, within the bazaar there are numerous cafes, Turkish tea houses, restaurants and shops) .
Contrary to the Holocaust memorial, Kale Fortress is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the apartment (one of the most popular places to visit; the fort was originally built in the Byzantine time - 6th century, with stone walls with a length of 121 meters, the earliest known inhabitants lived in the Neolithic and early Bronze Age, 4,000 years BC).
Near the apartment about 10 to 15 minutes are the Cathedral "St. Clement of Ohrid, the Church of St. Demetrius, the Church of St. Spas, Isa Begova Mosque and others.
