JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH AND 5th AVE, IN THE HEART OF OLD NAPLES, WITH A RARE, PRIVATE PATIO! A beautiful, recently-updated, one-bedroom, one-bath home, with only a 5-minute stroll to the beach and dining! Just outside the living room is a private, landscaped patio overlooking a pretty lake, which is an unusual and lovely feature of this home! Inside, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a comfortable king bed, and washer/dryer in the condo.

The space
This is a main-floor, end-unit condo in a small, six-unit, beautifully-landscaped condo building. This home was recently renovated in June 2019 with granite countertops and cool, tile flooring. It's a clean and comfortable home to live in. Between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo. The living room has atrium doors opening onto our own private patio that overlooks the lake, which is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or reading. Additionally, a semi-private pool is available in town at no extra charge! Our condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being in close proximity to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, tennis, and fine and performing arts! Did you know that Naples is known for its beautiful sunsets? You can get a stunning view right at the end of our street, and it's at one of the most beautiful beach access points in town! Just a note to let you know that, due to severe allergies, we're not able to accept animals with our guests.

Located six easy blocks from the beach and just 3 blocks from trendy 5th Ave South, with 3rd Street restaurants and the weekly Farmers Market also nearby. Cambier Park, with its tennis and basketball courts and weekly musical concerts, is literally around the corner. Also, Crayton Cove and City Dock is just a few blocks away. There is a free parking space reserved for guests, but you can also enjoy so much of Naples from this location without a car!
