Where you’ll be

Södermalm, Stockholms län, Sweden

All of Gamla Stan and the adjacent island of Riddarholmen are like a living pedestrian-friendly museum full of sights, attractions, restaurants, cafés, bars and places to shop. Gamla Stan is also popular with aficionados of handicrafts, curios and souvenirs. The narrow winding cobblestone streets, with their buildings in so many different shades of gold, give Gamla Stan its unique character. Even now cellar vaults and frescoes from the Middle Ages can be found behind the visible facades, and on snowy winter days the district feels like something from a story book. Walk the narrow streets to Old Town Metro station, buses are also available.

Hi fellow traveler, my name is Andreas, nice to meet you!

I'm originally from the northern part of Sweden, but now i live in Stockholm. I'm a tolerant, open-minded person. Love traveling and I always try to absorb as much knowledge and experiences as possible. My pet peeves is people who don't think for themselves, and just follow the stream.

I love italian food! In Stockholm I recommend the restaurant L’Avventura. Try out their truffle pasta, you won't regret it.

Strong experience within hospitality and management! I think hosting on Airbnb is awesome. There's nothing better than giving guests that genuine 5 star experience!

Currently I have been to: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Croatia, Latvia, Estonia, Russia & Tanzania.

Next, I want to go to South America and explore Peru, Chile, Ecuador & Bolivia. I'd love to get some recommendations if you have been in these countries yourself!
