Splendid and clean apartment with both a private terrace in the back and a private garden in the front, next to a residential villa with a separate entrance. The communal and stunning swimming pool is only a few meters away and accessible by the back terrace and the view on the volcano is splendid. The apartment is situated in a very quiet and residential complex in the urbanization Montana Roja. A little grocery shop is nearby.
