This small haven of Cévenole peace stretches over 2200m2 of superb landscaped land. It is possible to stay there with another couple occupying the cottage and thus remain each independent (see corresponding listing on the platform). The bedroom has a 1st private terrace of 10m2, a summer kitchen with 2nd terrace overlooking the pool. At 2km, pleasure of swimming & canoeing, 1h15 the sea of Palavas, 45min Montpellier or the famous Mont Aigoual for skiing or hiking (1567m).

Laroque is a small medieval village, ideally located in the foothills of the Cevennes. The magnificent Cevennes mountain range starts there and takes 45 minutes to reach the famous Mont Aigoual (1567m) which offers ski slopes or superb walks in the cool summer. 2 km from the house, flows the Hérault with its beautiful waterfall at the feet of friendly summer guinguettes as well as the joys of swimming and canoeing. The neighborhood is particularly quiet and the property, which is at the very bottom of a dead end, suffers no car nuisance. Laroque has no small business but a Biocoop and an Intermarché (with fuel). The town of Ganges is 2 km away, with all the necessary amenities and a popular market on Friday morning. To the south is the town of Montpellier (45 min) as well as the Mediterranean at Palavas (1h15) or the dunes of Espiguette at 1h30.
