Beautiful new built apartment by the sea , overlooking a secondary road so you’ll be far from the traffic noice and pollution . There`s a master bedroom with a king size bed , a single bed and a folding bed in case you need it . It has a giant closet and a balcony that overlooks the estate . The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay , tv , wifi , comfortable sofas etc. The bathroom is fully furbished too .

The house is located in a great area with supermarkets and shops around as well as bars and places to go out .
You can easily access the beach and reach the busting centre of Vlora with a few minutes walk .
The apartment is always professionally cleaned . We provide high quality cotton, freshly washed and ironed bed sheets and towels . In the kitchen there’s new cutlery , lots of pots , microwave and a brand new fridge . There’s local olive oil , salt , coffe etc .

We’ve lived for 10 years in Italy and now we’re back to our country. Our children live abroad so we’ve decide to rent our second home with Airbnb . We love our city and we enjoy going to the sea almost every day in the summer . We use to have long walks on the seaside and enjoy our delicious food !
