Home is close to Charlotte and downtown Davidson college. Great for the business traveler and that college student who wants to be close to friends college but far away just enough. Near Lake Norman which is a 8 min drive. Also 5 miles from Lowe’s corporate. I can accommodate up to 3 people if needed in a separate room. Perfect for a quiet night’s rest for traveling and for those parent’s looking for colleges for their kid. Need a separate space from a friend or loved one traveling with you? I can accommodate 2 separate rooms just ask about it when booking and no extra charge for 2 guests unless there are more then 2. Comfort and style at a affordable price I offer! If need the whole house without me request on booking and there's a additional fee in needing the whole house without my presents, this listing is private rooms and if need whole house only for a week basis and its a additional fee. The charge for 1 night without me being there is $150 a night and for the week its $500 only for requests having whole house by yourself.
