The space
The villa is on a plot of 4.000m2, surrounded by nature, and is constructed in the classic Majorcan style with two levels and a great garden with swimming pool and a small private grove. Wonder at the sunset from the large terrace. Relax on the comfortable loungers with a glass of wine, take a refreshing midday swim in summer or snuggle up by the fire on an autumn evening.

THE HOUSE
It has 220 m2 built on two floors. The ground floor offers large porches, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, a toilet and laundry area.

On the second floor we find a second living room, 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles with bathroom and a third bedroom with two single beds as well as a terrace with unobstructed views of the surroundings.

The garden area is simply fantastic, wide with tall trees that makes it refreshing and very comfortable even when the temperatures are higher will always have large areas of shade if you wish throughout the day.

The pool is 6 x 4 meters and 1.3m deep throughout. The pool is not heated.

For smaller guests the house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

An idyllic villa for families and groups of friends. If you're looking for great garden to share with family and friends near unspoiled beaches, privacy, relaxation alongside beautiful countryside, water sports or bike trails, then this is a perfect villa and location for you. It is situated in the countryside less than 3km from the beach of Es Trenc (probably the best of Majorca's beaches) and the town of Sa Rapita. Next to the property are long stretches of sand with an unforgettable turquoise sea. Lose yourself in the peace and tranquillity of rural Majorca. The villa is close to some of the most impressive coves and beaches of the island and, at the same time, is near to incredible restaurants and beautiful towns like Colonia Sant Jordi, Santanyi or Sa Rapita.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
For fans of water sports, there are two marinas (Puerto Sa Rapita and Puerto S'Estanyol), with everything you could wish for. They offer all kinds of boat rentals, diving, sailing, jet-0ski, wind- and kite-surfing, and plenty of other options. Several bike paths lead along the coast or to the north toward the Randa Mountains for the mountain fans. Whether biking is your hobby or your passion: the south of the island is a perfect point of departure for your active holiday! An untouched natural landscape boasts dolphins and a host of wildlife to experience! Enjoy a boat trip with the whole family to Cabrera Island's natural preserve.
