This brand new guest house has been built and styled with comfort in mind. It is positioned in a quiet, rural setting overlooking the Bay View village, 10 minutes drive from Napier city. Every window boasts a stunning sea or rural view.

The space
The guest house is located almost 100 metres away from the owners home ensuring peace and privacy. The living area comprises a lounge with a sun-soaked window seat, heat pump/air-conditioning and freeview TV (including Netflix), small dining table plus a full kitchen including a dishdrawer, microwave, oven and fridge. There are two bedrooms each containing a queen-sized bed with high quality linens and feather pillows. We also provide luxurious Sheridan bathrobes. A one-off breakfast pack will include fresh bread, milk, yoghurt, preserved fruit, muesli and condiments. There is an outdoor bathtub which is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We also have our own mountain-bike tracks which you are welcome to walk or bike. We now have a Book Exchange for our guests to use. Wander down to borrow or exchange a book, or just pause and enjoy the peaceful outlook. We now also have two E Bikes available for hire at $50 per bike per day. Perfect for cruising down to Crab Farm Winery for lunch, or continue into town and link-up with Hawke’s Bay’s extensive array of cycle trails.

Every booking of 3 nights or longer receives a complimentary bottle of local wine.

Bay View village has everything you need at your fingertips including 4-square, pharmacy, hairdresser and fish & chip shop. Crab Farm winery is located minutes away and is well worth a visit. Art Deco cafe is also very close. There are several excellent beauty therapists in Bay View - we recommend you book in advance.
