This lovely apartment offers a 60m2, two-floor accommodation of traditional Cycladic design.
On the first level, you can find a spacious living room area, a kitchenette with refrigerator and espresso coffee machine, a bathroom with
open style Cycladic shower and 1 x Double Bedroom equipped with a Queen-sized bed and its own private balcony.
Upstairs, you can find another 1 x Double Bedroom, equipped with a King-sized bed and a big private veranda with a marvellous view of the deep Aegean blue, the famous Lighthouse of Andros and the Venetian Castle.

Chora grants history of Greek maritime tradition. Enjoy your day wandering among the picturesque cobblestone streets and alleyways where traditional Cycladic, Venetian and stone houses co-exist.
Chora was home to famous Greek captains and ship owners and is a mixture of medieval, neoclassical and Cycladic architecture. On the main pedestrian street of Chora, you can find local boutiques, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and art galleries that organize world-renowned artist exhibitions.

The location of this renovated & charming apartment is ideal as you will be in the center of the island but also just a 2-min walk from the beautiful Paraporti Beach & Nimporio Beach. You can visit some of the most famed restaurants of the island in just a 3-min walk from the property.

Sophisticated and classy, without being delivered to the mass tourism, Andros is not the typical Cycladic island since the lush landscape strongly opposes the rocks of other islands in the Cycladic cluster.

The countless springs, rivers and waterfalls, that flow year round, result in the green slopes and gullies of Andros. Mountains and hills are home of the small villages, linked together with beautiful paths, adorned with ancient stone walls. The network of trails that go beyond twenty is probably the best way to explore the island. Mapped, accessible, with varying degrees of difficulty, those trails will give you beautiful images like stone arched bridges, caves and excellent sea view. The architecture of the town of Andros (Chora) combines harmoniously the simple Cycladic style with neoclassical Aegean and Venetian houses as narrow cobbled streets lead to the neighborhoods of the town's centre and the sea surrounding it.

The town of Andros (Chora) also offers many dining and cultural entertainment options, while the heart of the relaxed nightlife for visitors and locals beats here. One should not miss the Basil & Elise Goulandris Museum of Contemporary Art, the Archaeological Museum of Andros as well as the monastery of St. Nicholas in the village of Apikia (10 mins drive from Chora), just to name a few.

The nearest beaches to the property are Neiborio & Paraporti (sandy beaches, organized with sun-beds, thus ideal for children) and Gialia. Additionally, the beach of Achlas at the Northeastern part of the island is an absolute must-see!
