Apartment located in the center of Cannes and renovated by an architect. It's perfect for your single or couple stay. It can accomodate a max. of 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children on the mezzanine.

At your disposal: Wi-Fi, TV, hydro-massage shower cabin, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, nespresso and filter coffee machine, micro-wave, stove, fridge...).

Warning, a building is being constructed nearby.

Only downside: it's on the 4th floor with NO ELEVATOR.

The space
This apartment renovated by an architect is perfect for your stay in Cannes. It's located in the city center, at the crossing between the rue d'Oran and the rue d'Antibes, which is 300 meters away from the Croisette and the Carlton.

You will sleep on a comfortable "queen size" bed (160 cm). It can accomodate 1 person or a couple, but it's also possible to be 3 adults in the apartment, or 2 adults with 2 children. However, warning: the 2 single beds are located on the mezzanine, and you can't stand up on it because the height is small. So it's only possible to sleep there.

Amenities: Wi-Fi (40 mbps), TV, equipped kitchen, shower cabin with hydro-massage, A/C, washing machine.

The only downside of this apartment is that it's on the 4th floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. So you need to be in a good shape and be able to carry your own luggage because it's a self check-in.

The building street is a calm pedestrian one, and the apartment windows are towards the interior court. Also, there is an underground public parking at the corner of the building and the 2 first hours are free per week.

The area of the Rue d'Oran is a renowned address in the Center of Cannes. You are right at the corner of the rue d'Antibes and 300 meters away from the Croisette, between the Carlton and the Marriott. Also, the building street is a pedestrian one and there are several good restaurants below. There is also a small square with a park, fountains and more restaurants.
