1) Each room is disinfected with attention to the areas of use.
2) There is no access to the main kitchen. However, each room has access to its own kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave. Glad to take out any plates, utensils, you may need. There is an outdoor BBQ for everyone to use.

The space
El Priapus (the swimming pool room) at Villa Arcadia is our largest one-bedroom suite, located next to the cascading infinity pool. The home, located on the town side of prestigious Pacific Marlin, is within walking distance to San Juan del Sur center, and 1.5 blocks to the beach. El Priapus consists of one king-sized bed, attached private bath, hot water shower, SmartTV, air-conditioning, and adjacent private patio.

The only room on the main floor of the house and adjacent to the pool, guests are also welcome to relax in the grand living room, take a dip in the pool, and relax in the garden area. Breakfast included the first 3 days
